To make your Group Reservation

You can call 254.773.0200 to make reservations or you can use the following steps to make your reservation on-line.

2) On the top right side of the page, enter your check in and check out dates and press the button “Go”

3) On the next screen, it will verify your dates, if these are correct, scroll down to the area with the heading “Special Accounts”. In the box next to “Group/Convention”, enter your group code: (check your Passport for code) then press the button “Continue”

4) This screen will provide you the room types and rates that have been set up for your group. Select the room type that you require and press the button “Continue”

5) This next screen will show you the details of your reservation and give you the opportunity to enter your personal information. Contact information and Credit card are required to confirm your reservation. Then you complete this portion, at the bottom of the screen press the button “Book Now”

6) This is your confirmation page. If you need to change or cancel the reservation, please use this confirmation number. Reservations must be made by August 17, 2012 to receive the reduced group rate.
